I took this rules off Glamour Junkie.
Standard Jeopardy rules apply. If you do not know the rules to Jeopardy, then read them.
They are as follows:
You pick a category and the dollar amount. Based on the dollar amout is the basis for the answer's toughness. Higher dollars obviously have tougher answers.
If you get it right, you get that dollar amount. If you get it wrong, you lose that much.
Oh yeah, and you must answer with a question of course.
Example: If the clue given is "THIS has whiskers, purrs, and eats cat food", you'd answer "What is a cat?"
Easy peasy, right?
Now, online and on this message board, of course things will go a bit different, so here's the lowdown on how this will be played:
-Anyone can play that wants to. When someone picks a category and an amount, ANYONE can then answer it if they know it.
-Your answer MUST be in the form of a question. If you do not do this, I'll ignore your answer and it won't count. However, I won't minus points for it, and you ARE still in the question as long as you can put it in the form of a question first.
-The first person with the question gets it. Sorry, but that's how it has to go on this message board because replies come so fast. So you have to be fast in your replies in this. I will only take the first person who replies with the correct one.
I find that this game sometimes moves so fast that a tip would be to just stay in the topic and keep hitting refresh.
Again, stay around and check this topic. It's a VERY fast paced game. You take too long to pick a category or to answer, you'll lose your turn.
-The person who gets the question right will be able to choose the next category and dollar amount.
- Read what the categories will be about below the table. This will explain what kind of answer is needed.
- You may look up answers if you can. How would I know if you did or not?
-Give me some time to get the answer. It may take as long as a couple minutes for some.
-What I QUOTE of you is the answer I take. So if you realize you made a mistake, you can edit, as long as you do it fast as before I quote your answer. Cause after I do that, it's too late.
- Finally, I am human. I make mistakes sometimes. If I got an answer wrong myself, or if there is a debate about what an answer really is, then point it out to me and I'll do my best to correct it. This also goes with scores...If you see I didn't take off or add points to a score, inform me. I usually am good about this, but sometimes it slips my mind to change the last copy and paste deal.
Let's get started....Pick a category -
Albums - 200 - 400 - 600 - 800 - 1000
Guest Appearances - 200 - 400 - 600 - 800 - 1000
